Our developer will do the estimations for your ideas to be developed.

Charges or advance payment might be required to secure the task or ideas and resource.

Preview of developments will come with 7 working days limited for preview only. Amendments should come with charges for proceedings.

Purpose of Retainer
This retainer invoice secures the availability of Macoob Inteligence to perform services for the Client during the agreed service period. It serves as an advance payment toward future work or service commitment.

Retainer Period
The retainer covers services rendered during the period stated in the invoice. Unused hours or scope within the period are not transferable or refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-Refundable Payment
All retainer payments are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
The Client does not fully utilize the services within the stated period.
The Client cancels or postpones the development work or project.
The agreement is terminated before the end of the service period.

Payment Terms
Payment is due within [7/14] days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Scope of Work
The retainer covers only the services mutually agreed upon in writing. Any work beyond the defined scope or time will be billed separately or may require a new retainer.

Payment Fees
All transaction fees, including bank charges, gateway fees, or international transfer fees, shall be borne by the Client. The full invoiced amount must be received net of any deductions.

Service Availability
Retainer payment ensures priority access to our services during the agreed period. All service requests are subject to availability and reasonable turnaround time.

Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for any unused or unconsumed portion of the retainer, regardless of project or service status.

Modifications
Any changes or modifications to this agreement, including scope, timeline, or deliverables, must be requested in writing and agreed upon by both parties prior to implementation.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. All disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

We will execute the developments based on credit limit agreed.

Claim basis is applied.
